About the role
Ethos is seeking experienced strategy & operations consultants to help train an AI language model on professional document tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine client-ready strategy decks, operating models, and change management playbooks.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in management consulting or internal corporate strategy, with expert-level document and slide craftsmanship and fluency with Excel and PowerPoint. Remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week.
