Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and results\-driven Sales Manager to develop and expand our Oil \& Gas business across Abu Dhabi and the UAE. The successful candidate shall have extensive experience in selling field installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and project services related to Telecom Systems, PAGA Systems, Fire \& Gas Systems, Explosion\-Proof CCTV Systems, Instrumentation Systems, Electrical Systems, and other field equipment utilized in offshore and onshore Oil \& Gas facilities.

The candidate must possess a strong network within ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, Telecom System Integrators, Electrical \& Instrumentation contractors, and major Oil \& Gas operators, with a proven track record of generating new business, securing project opportunities, and maintaining long\-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

\* Develop new business opportunities for offshore and onshore Oil \& Gas projects and services.

\* Promote and sell field installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, retrofit, upgrade, and turnkey project services related to:

\* Explosion\-Proof CCTV Systems

\* Fire \& Gas Detection Systems

\* PAGA Systems

\* Telecom Systems

\* LAN, Fiber Optic and Industrial Communication Networks

\* Radio Communication Systems

\* Instrumentation Systems

\* Electrical Systems

\* Process and Safety Field Instruments

\* Junction Boxes, Marshalling Panels, Control Panels and Field Cabinets

\* Field Communication Equipment

\* Major Cabling Works (Fiber Optic, Instrumentation, Telecom and Power Cables)

\* Cable Tray, Conduit and Support Installations

\* Scaffolding Works

\* Minor Civil and Structural Works

\* Other field equipment and associated systems installed in offshore and onshore Oil \& Gas facilities

\* Identify and pursue opportunities with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, telecom system integrators, electrical and instrumentation contractors, and other major clients.

\* Introduce the company’s capabilities, products, services, and project experience to potential customers.

\* Generate new customer accounts and establish long\-term business relationships.

\* Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for repeat business.

\* Review RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents and coordinate bid preparation activities.

\* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, compliance sheets, scope matrices, cost estimates, and tender documentation.

\* Perform estimation, costing, pricing, and commercial evaluations in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.

\* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, and project teams during proposal and project execution stages.

\* Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions with clients.

\* Carry out vendor registrations, prequalification submissions, and approvals with ADNOC Group companies and other major customers.

\* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, upcoming projects, and potential business opportunities.

\* Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and execution activities as required.

\* Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements, site regulations, and industry standards applicable to offshore and onshore operations.

Requirements

\* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

\* Minimum 7–10 years of sales, business development, and project management experience within the UAE Oil \& Gas industry.

\* Proven experience in the Abu Dhabi market dealing with ADNOC Group companies, EPC contractors, telecom system integrators, and electrical \& instrumentation contractors.

\* Strong technical knowledge of:
