From emergency battery replacement to preventive automotive care, we deliver fast, convenient, and reliable service across the UAE, supported by our Al Quoz service center.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Sales \& Service Manager to lead the performance of our Onsite Operations.

This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who can turn KPIs into action, teams into performance, and operational challenges into measurable results.

YOUR IMPACT

• Own Revenue: Drive sales, conversion, gross margin, and commercial growth.
• Lead Operations: Ensure efficient dispatch, technician utilization, response times, and job closure.
• Build Performance: Coach teams, manage KPIs, address performance gaps, and build accountability.
• Elevate Customer Experience: Drive service quality, reviews, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Improve Sales: Increase service package penetration, upselling, app adoption, and repeat business.
• Control Operations: Ensure pricing discipline, SOP compliance, CRM accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Use Data: Monitor daily performance dashboards and convert insights into corrective actions.
• Drive Alignment: Work closely with HR, IT, Marketing, Accounts, Dispatch, and Operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5\+ years’ experience in sales, operations, automotive, field services, or a similar high\-volume environment.
• Proven experience managing teams against revenue and operational KPIs.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder\-management skills.
• CRM/ZOHO or similar system experience is an advantage.
