Sales & Business Development Executive

Edon Global LLC is seeking a skilled and results\-driven Business Consultant / Business Setup Advisor to enhance our business operations and drive growth. As a Business Setup Advisor, you will assist individuals and organizations in establishing their business licenses. Your primary responsibility is to provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Setup Consultant / Advisor to guide clients through the process of establishing businesses in the UAE Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE company formation regulations, licensing procedures, visa processes, and banking assistance.

Responsibilities: \-

Provide guidance on business licensing, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements in Dubai and the UAE.

Manage your own client pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion, revenue, and portfolio growth.

Coordinate and upsell complementary services such as banking, accounting, and tax compliance through internal teams.

Stay updated on Dubai’s dynamic business landscape, including regulatory changes and market trends affecting company formation.

Manage the end\-to\-end company formation process, including business registration, trade license applications, visa processing, and PRO services.

Advise clients on company structures, including mainland, free zone, and offshore options, and recommend the most efficient legal and operational setup based on their business model.

Liaise with relevant authorities such as DED, Free Zone Authorities, and other government entities, ensuring timely approvals and compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with high\-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor and business consultant.

Provide clear, accurate, and transparent information regarding services, fees, and regulatory obligations.

What We’re Looking For:

Commission\-Based Role Only.

Strong knowledge of UAE company laws, regulations, and jurisdictions.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts.

Basic knowledge of Finance and business\-related financial processes

Familiarity with UAE business laws and setup regulations is an advantage

2\+ years of experience in UAE company formation, B2B advisory, or client\-facing business setup consultancy/sales role.

Highly organized, self\-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple clients and high\-value portfolios simultaneously.

Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus

Strong knowledge of company registration processes (e.g., mainland, free zone, offshore).

Keeping in touch with Channel Partners to make sure that the relationship with the Free zone is good.

The Advisor will guide clients through the process of company formation, provide consultancy on Mainland and Freezone setups, and assist with documentation, licensing, and compliance processes. The role also involves liaising with government authorities, ensuring smooth visa processing and related administrative procedures, and offering tailored solutions to meet clients’ business needs.

Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and securing new corporate clients across diverse industry sectors.

Collaborate with internal managers to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction

Achieve target as per company specification in a KPIs

The Business Consultant will work with clients to develop customized strategies to meet their specific business needs and help them achieve their goals.

2\-5 years relevant work experience.

Collaboration \- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. Be able to prioritize tasks, manage change in
