Sales & Business Development Manager - Retail Fit-out

Job Summary

Epic One Technical Services LLC is looking for a Sales \& Business Development Manager with experience in the retail fit\-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for finding new clients, promoting our retail fit\-out services, following up on leads, and securing new projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new retail fit\-out business opportunities.

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, retailers, consultants, and contractors.

· Find upcoming retail fit\-out projects and generate leads.

· Meet clients and understand their project requirements.

· Promote the company's retail fit\-out services.

· Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare quotations and proposals.

· Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients.

· Convert leads into confirmed projects and achieve sales targets.

· Maintain regular follow\-up with existing and potential clients.

· Monitor competitors and market opportunities.

· Maintain records of leads, quotations, and sales activities.

· Coordinate with the estimation and project teams for smooth project handover.

· Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 \- 5 years of experience in sales/business development in the retail fit\-out industry.

· Strong knowledge of retail fit\-out works and services.

· Proven ability to generate leads and close fit\-out projects.

· Strong client network in the UAE retail/fit\-out market is an advantage.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

· UAE driving licence is an advantage.

· Good knowledge of MS Office.

· Good English communication skills.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
