Sales Engineer - Vibration Analysis & Reliability

Sales Engineer with a background in Condition Monitoring and Reliability to join our growing team in the UAE.

This is a commercially driven engineering role for someone who understands rotating equipment and condition monitoring and can use that technical knowledge to develop customers, generate opportunities and grow sales.

\-Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities across the UAE.
• Promote and sell condition monitoring, vibration analysis, reliability and industrial instrumentation solutions, thermography, speed.
• Identify potential customers within Oil \& Gas, Power, Utilities, Manufacturing and Heavy Industry.
• Build relationships with maintenance, reliability, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams.
• Conduct customer visits, technical meetings and product presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, RFQs, technical submissions and commercial offers.
• Proactively follow up with customers to convert opportunities into orders.
• Manage and develop an active sales pipeline.
• Identify upcoming projects, maintenance requirements and potential equipment monitoring opportunities.
• Support customer registrations, vendor registrations and supplier approvals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities to expand our portfolio within their facilities.
• Coordinate with our OEM partners and internal technical team for proposals, technical clarifications and customer requirements.
• Support demonstrations, surveys, commissioning and technical service activities when required.
• Monitor competitors, market developments and new opportunities.

\-Technical Background

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of:

• Vibration Analysis \& Condition Monitoring
• Rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, fans, gearboxes and turbines
• Predictive Maintenance / Reliability\-Centered Maintenance
• Vibration sensors and monitoring systems
• Online and offline condition monitoring
• Basic vibration data interpretation and fault diagnosis
• Industrial instrumentation and measurement systems

\- What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or a related engineering field.
• 3\+ years of experience in vibration analysis, condition monitoring, reliability engineering, technical sales or a combination of these.
• Strong understanding of rotating machinery and industrial maintenance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial and business\-development mindset.
• Highly proactive with strong customer follow\-up skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities rather than simply respond to RFQs.
• UAE market experience and an existing industrial customer network is a strong advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
