*We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our high\-performing sales team in Dubai.*

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Property Consultants.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to align lead generation with sales objectives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure excellent client satisfaction through high\-quality service and strong relationship management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in UAE real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a successful sales team.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
