About the role
We're Hiring \- Sales Representative \| Yallasheal \| Dubai
Yallasheal is a fast\-growing UAE pickup \& drive\-thru pre\-order app, helping restaurants, cafés, and bakeries serve customers faster with zero gateway fees. We're expanding our merchant network across Dubai and looking for a driven Sales Representative to join us.
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Work Type: Full\-time, Office\-based (with on\-the\-ground merchant visits)
Compensation: Competitive base salary \+ uncapped commission
About the Role
You'll be the face of Yallasheal to restaurants, cafés, and bakeries across Dubai — signing up new merchant partners, walking them through our commission\-based model, and helping grow our merchant network from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, and bakeries to onboard as Yallasheal merchants
Present our partnership model (10% commission, AED 0 gateway fees, weekly settlement)
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding
Build strong relationships with merchant owners and managers
Meet and exceed monthly merchant acquisition targets
Coordinate with the onboarding team for POS setup and training handoff
What We're Looking For
1–3\+ years of sales or business development experience (F\&B, POS, fintech, or merchant acquisition a strong plus)
Confident, persuasive communicator comfortable with face\-to\-face and cold outreach
Self\-motivated and target\-driven, comfortable with a commission\-based structure
Fluent English (Arabic a strong plus for merchant conversations)
Valid UAE driving license preferred (for merchant visits across Dubai)
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
