We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer with 5\+ years of professional experience in blockchain and Web3 development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining secure and scalable blockchain solutions while working with modern AI technologies.

The candidate should have strong expertise in smart contracts, decentralized applications, blockchain architecture, Web3 technologies, and blockchain security, along with an understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and AI\-powered Web3 applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable blockchain\-based applications and Web3 solutions.
• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize secure smart contracts using Solidity and EVM\-compatible networks.
• Build and integrate decentralized applications (DApps) with blockchain networks.
• Work with Ethereum and other Layer 1/Layer 2 blockchain ecosystems.
• Develop blockchain APIs, backend services, wallets, token systems, and Web3 integrations.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation systems.
• Explore and implement AI\-powered use cases within Web3, DeFi, tokenization, and decentralized applications.
• Work with AI APIs, LLM frameworks, and blockchain data to develop intelligent decentralized solutions.
• Conduct smart contract testing, debugging, optimization, and security reviews.
• Identify and resolve blockchain, smart contract, performance, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, backend developers, frontend developers, and product teams.
• Design secure and efficient blockchain architectures suitable for production environments.
• Stay updated with emerging developments in Blockchain, Web3, DeFi, AI, LLMs, and decentralized AI technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• 5\+ years of professional experience in Blockchain/Web3 development.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and Smart Contract development.
• Strong understanding of Ethereum, EVM, Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain networks.
• Experience with Web3\.js, Ethers.js, or similar Web3 libraries.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, transactions, wallets, tokens, and cryptography.
• Experience with ERC\-20, ERC\-721, ERC\-1155 and other token standards.
• Experience with DeFi, DApps, NFTs, DAOs, tokenization, or related Web3 applications.
• Experience with blockchain security and smart contract best practices.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud\-based environments.

AI \& Emerging Technology Skills

• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI\-powered applications.
• Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or similar LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and agentic workflows.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) and vector databases is a plus.
• Experience connecting AI systems with blockchain data, smart contracts, or decentralized applications.
• Knowledge of decentralized AI, AI agents for Web3, and blockchain\-based AI automation is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5\+ years of hands\-on Blockchain/Web3 development experience.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to design and implement production\-ready blockchain solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Optimism, or other EVM\-compatible networks.
• Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or similar blockchain development frame
