Delta Gulf Group, an ADNOC\-approved logistics and heavy equipment solutions provider, is looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy equipment, fleet, or oil \& gas sector
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, parts and machinery systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance/reporting software
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

*Technical Support \& Troubleshooting*

• Provide technical support and guidance for heavy equipment, transport vehicles, and machinery
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults; recommend corrective actions
• Support the maintenance team in resolving recurring or complex equipment issues
• Respond promptly to technical queries from operations and site teams

*Equipment Inspection \& Maintenance*

• Conduct routine inspections to assess equipment condition and performance
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing
• Review maintenance reports and identify recurring technical issues
• Coordinate with workshop teams on repairs and part replacements

*Documentation \& Reporting*

• Maintain accurate technical records, inspection reports, and service history for each unit
• Prepare equipment condition reports and downtime analysis for management
• Update technical files, manuals, and equipment specification sheets

*Compliance \& Safety*

• Ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards, including ADNOC and HSE requirements
• Support audits and inspections related to equipment compliance
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and safety

*Coordination \& Support*

• Liaise with procurement on spare parts requirements based on technical assessments
• Assist operations teams with technical guidance for equipment deployment
• Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for specialized repairs when needed

Pay: AED3,500\.00 \- AED4,500\.00 per month
