We Are Hiring – Tendering Manager \| Marble \& Stone Industry

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Tendering Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Position: Tendering Manager

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Industry: Marble, Granite \& Natural Stone

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or commercial roles within the marble, granite, natural stone, or construction materials industry.
• Strong experience in preparing and submitting technical and commercial tenders.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ analysis, quantity take\-off, pricing, cost estimation, and quotation preparation.
• Ability to review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Experience coordinating with sales, estimation, production, procurement, and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of marble and stone products, fabrication, installation, and project requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with the Saudi construction and contracting market is highly preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete tendering process from tender invitation to final submission.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to obtain technical and commercial information.
• Ensure all tenders are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
• Monitor tender results and maintain a database of submitted tenders and opportunities.
