Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain high\-performing websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a problem\-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to implement UI/UX designs
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability
- Ensure websites are mobile\-responsive and cross\-browser compatible
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Integrate third\-party APIs and tools as needed
- Maintain website security and data protection standards
- Perform regular website updates and backups
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience in web development and Shopify.
- Strong experience with Shopify and Shopify theme customization.
- Good knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of SEO, particularly e\-commerce and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with Shopify apps and third\-party integrations.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile\-first web design.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e\-commerce website development
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems
- Experience working in the UAE market
