Tenure Research is the data and analysis team behind Tenure. Our contributors include former investment banking associates and VPs from bulge-bracket firms, Magic Circle and US-firm lawyers with Gulf practice experience, Big 4 consulting partners, and senior in-house compensation professionals.
Every salary band in the Tenure Pay Index is verified against two or more independent sources. Reports are peer-reviewed before publication. Our editorial standard for quoted sources follows Bloomberg and FT practice: verified but anonymous attribution (a senior partner at a Magic Circle firm in Dubai) where named attribution would compromise source confidentiality.
