Requirements

10+ years' legal experience in GCC jurisdictions with demonstrated expertise in UAE and Saudi Arabian corporate and commercial law
Qualified lawyer with in-house counsel experience managing multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance and entity-level risk strategies
Fluent Arabic and English; ability to advise on Saudisation/Emiratisation requirements and local statutory obligations
