Senior Manager, Governance & Board Affairs

Requirements

• ✓10+ years' experience in corporate governance, board affairs, or regulatory compliance within banking or financial services
• ✓Expert knowledge of Qatar Central Bank regulations, corporate governance codes, and Islamic banking compliance standards
• ✓Proven ability to manage board administration, documentation systems, and stakeholder communication with C-suite and regulatory authorities
