Summary

Assistant Manager develops and manages Meethaq retail asset products, coordinating product strategy and portfolio growth across sales, operations, and risk functions.

Requirements

3+ years' experience in Islamic banking product management or retail asset portfolio management
Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and drive cross-functional coordination between sales, operations, and risk teams
Strong knowledge of Sharia-compliant retail products (Murabaha, Ijara, Musharaka) and Islamic banking regulations in GCC markets
