Civil Engineer – RCC SPECIALIST

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Civil Engineer – RCC Specialist to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in reinforced concrete (RCC) works, site execution, structural works, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage RCC and structural works at construction sites.
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Monitor reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, curing, and related RCC activities.
• Check reinforcement works, bar bending, spacing, laps, cover, and other technical requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, foremen, and other site teams.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved method statements, ITPs, and safety requirements.
• Monitor site progress and report issues, delays, and technical concerns to the Project/Site Manager.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare and maintain site records, inspection requests, checklists, and daily progress reports.
• Coordinate concrete deliveries, inspections, testing, and concrete pouring activities.
• Identify construction problems and provide practical technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, project specifications, HSE requirements, and authority regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably with strong RCC/structural experience.
• Practical knowledge of reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and structural construction.
• Ability to read and understand structural, architectural, and shop drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
