About the role
WE ARE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (CIVIL \& STRUCTURAL)
Location: Dubai / UAE Project Locations
Job Type: Full\-time
Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with Civil \& Structural experience.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year UAE experience is mandatory
- Experience in civil contracting / main contracting
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take\-off, estimation, variations, cost control, and subcontractor quotations
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of UAE materials, suppliers, and market rates
- Must be willing to relocate or work at different UAE project locations as required
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take\-offs, estimates, and budgets
- Review civil and structural drawings
- Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Prepare variations and payment evaluations
- Monitor project costs and quantities
- Conduct site measurements and coordinate with project teams
