Commercial Manager - Civil

• Handle complete commercial and contractual activities for civil infrastructure projects.
• Review main contracts, BOQ, specifications, drawings, scope of work, and contract conditions.
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations, IPCs, payment applications, and invoices.
• Prepare, price, submit, and negotiate variations and claims with clients and consultants.
• Handle EOT claims, prolongation costs, disruption claims, and additional work claims.
• Monitor project cost, committed cost, actual cost, revenue, GP, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, commercial reports, forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, agreements, valuations, variations, payments, and final accounts.
• Review quantity measurements, BOQ quantities, rate analysis, and re\-measurement works.
• Maintain proper records for site instructions, approvals, variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate with Project, QS, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor contractual deadlines, notices, payment terms, retention, advance payments, and recoveries.
• Lead final account preparation and project commercial close\-out.
• Identify commercial risks, cost leakages, and opportunities to improve project margins and recovery.
• Strong UAE experience in civil infrastructure/utility projects is mandatory.
• Experience: 14–18 Years \| Location: UAE
• Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management

Pay: AED18,000\.00 \- AED20,000\.00 per month
