Commercial Manager - Electrical

• Handle complete commercial and contractual activities for power transmission and distribution projects.
• Review main contracts, BOQ, specifications, drawings, scope of work, and contract conditions.
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations, IPCs, payment applications, and invoices.
• Prepare, price, submit, and negotiate variations and claims with clients and consultants.
• Handle EOT, prolongation, disruption, additional works, and other contractual claims.
• Monitor project cost, committed cost, actual cost, revenue, GP, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports, cost forecasts, budget vs. actuals, and profitability analysis.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, agreements, valuations, variations, payments, and final accounts.
• Review quantity measurements, BOQ quantities, rate analysis, and re\-measurement works related to power projects.
• Maintain proper records for site instructions, approvals, variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, QS, and Finance teams.
• Monitor contractual notices, payment terms, retention, advance payments, recoveries, and outstanding amounts.
• Lead final account preparation and commercial project close\-out.
• Identify commercial risks and improve cost recovery and project profitability.
• Strong UAE experience in power transmission/distribution projects is mandatory.
• Experience: 14–18 Years \| Location: UAE
• Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management

Pay: AED18,000\.00 \- AED20,000\.00 per month
