Employment Type: Full\-Time

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 6,500 per month, based on experience and portfolio quality

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Language Requirement: Arabic and English fluency is required

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Content Strategist – Arabic \& English to join our team full\-time.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, strategic, organized, trend\-aware, and excited about the future of content creation.

The candidate should be able to develop strong content ideas, write scripts, create content strategies, prepare briefs, build mood boards, research trends, and support the creative direction for:

• Social media content
• Commercial videos
• AI\-generated assets
• Brand campaigns
• Print media
• Creative decks and presentations
• AI\-assisted content concepts

The candidate will work closely with the Account Manager, Project Manager, Creative Director, production team, post\-production team, designers, and AI creative team to turn client objectives into strong creative concepts and production\-ready content directions.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy \& Content Planning

• Develop creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and storytelling directions for social media, commercial videos, brand campaigns, AI\-generated visuals, AI video concepts, and print media.
• Create engaging content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms based on each client’s brand, audience, objectives, tone of voice, and market positioning.
• Support the creation of content calendars, monthly content directions, campaign plans, creative decks, and client presentations.
• Translate client objectives into practical content plans, creative concepts, campaign directions, and production\-ready briefs.

AI Creative Workflow

• Use AI tools and creative technologies to support content ideation, mood boards, visual references, AI\-generated assets, AI video concepts, image directions, and creative presentations.
• Support AI\-assisted creative workflows, including idea generation, image references, AI visuals, AI video concepts, prompt directions, and creative experimentation.
• Research and stay updated on AI creative trends, AI tools, AI video generation, AI photo generation, and new production methods.
• Help the team explore how AI can improve the speed, quality, creativity, and presentation of client work.

Writing, Scripts \& Creative Copy

• Write scripts, captions, taglines, hooks, content pillars, campaign messages, commercial concepts, and creative copy in both Arabic and English.
• Ensure all content is adapted properly for Arabic and English audiences, with strong cultural understanding and natural language use.
