Estimator – Landscaping Projects

Perfect Technical Works \& Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Estimator to join our landscaping team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in landscaping estimation, quantity take\-offs, BOQs, tendering, cost control, and commercial documentation, with good knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and external works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take\-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing for landscaping projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, scope of works, and tender documents to identify project requirements.
• Prepare and submit competitive tenders and quotations within required deadlines.
• Coordinate with Procurement and project teams for material, subcontractor, and supplier pricing.
• Evaluate quotations and support the selection of suitable suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare client payment applications, subcontractor evaluations, and payment certifications.
• Prepare, price, and submit variation orders and additional works.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts to support effective cost control.
• Assist with commercial negotiations and resolve pricing or quantity discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate estimation records, cost sheets, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and other departments to ensure accurate project costing.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as an Estimator in landscaping projects – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and external works.
• Experience with quantity take\-offs, BOQs, tendering, variations, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE landscaping/construction experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
