About the role
Position: Fit\-Out Quantity Surveyor – Residential Villas \& Joinery
We are a Dubai\-based villa renovation and custom joinery company looking for a highly experienced Fit\-Out Quantity Surveyor who understands residential renovation, production costing, and margin protection in Dubai.
The candidate must have strong experience in:
\* Detailed BOQ preparation for villa renovation projects
\* Custom joinery costing (sheet optimization, PU paint, hardware, accessories)
\* Labour productivity calculations
\* Variation costing \& margin impact analysis
\* Knowledge of Dubai material and labour market rates
\* Preparing BOQs aligned with milestone\-based payment structures
\* Coordination with design, production, and site teams
We are looking for someone who have 3 or more years of experience in Dubai.
Minimum 5\+ years UAE experience in residential fit\-out required.

Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED6,000\.00 per month
