Operations Manager – Piling

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Piling to oversee and manage piling and foundation operations across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day\-to\-day piling and foundation operations and project execution.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and operational costs.
• Supervise Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and site teams.
• Ensure piling works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards.
• Monitor piling equipment utilization, maintenance, and productivity.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare regular operational and progress reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10\+ years of experience in piling, foundation, or civil construction.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial/operations role in the piling industry.
• Strong knowledge of bored piling, CFA, driven piling, shoring, secant piling, and related foundation works.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and large teams.
