Operations Manager

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in landscaping projects.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in a similar senior operations role, with proven expertise in managing multiple projects, site teams, resources, subcontractors, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day\-to\-day operations across commercial technical and landscaping projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely and efficient delivery within approved budgets.
• Manage project teams, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other operational resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to optimize operational efficiency.
• Control project costs and support effective budget and resource management.
• Ensure projects comply with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify and resolve operational, site, and project\-related issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular operational updates and reports to senior management.
• Implement improvements to operational processes, productivity, and overall project performance.
• Support senior management with operational planning, decision\-making, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in a similar Operations Manager / senior operations role – Mandatory.
• Strong experience managing commercial / residential projects.
• Background in landscaping, MEP, construction, or technical works.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and large site teams.
• Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction and landscaping practices.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, resource planning, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in landscaping, MEP, construction, or general technical works companies, particularly those who have managed commercial developments and large\-scale projects, will be highly preferred.
