AOE Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in Architecture and AutoCAD to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Dubai/UAE work experience is mandatory.
- AutoCAD experience is mandatory.
- Architecture background is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience preferred.
- Experience in construction, contracting, fit\-out, or renovation projects.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Candidates currently available in Dubai are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities between office and site.
- Prepare, modify, and update AutoCAD drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings and revisions.
- Follow up on project progress and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain project documents and records.
- Support the Project Manager with daily project coordination and reporting.
Salary
AED 2,000 – AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
