Position: Project Manager

Job Purpose

The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision, and successful delivery of projects. The role requires ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation through to final completion.
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead and supervise project teams, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved timelines and budgets.
• Manage project resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with senior management, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports, including status, costs, risks, and key challenges.
• Review project contracts, scope of work, and deliverables to ensure full compliance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate procurement and material requirements related to the project.
• Manage project changes, variations, claims, and client requirements effectively.
• Conduct regular project meetings and ensure timely follow\-up on agreed actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Resolve project issues efficiently and make timely decisions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure successful project handover and client satisfaction.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in project management.
• Strong experience in managing projects, teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
