We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE real estate, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to provide clients with professional property advice while consistently delivering sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in Abu Dhabi's residential property market and develop strong knowledge of key communities, projects, developers, pricing, and market trends.
• Advise buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors on suitable property opportunities.
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, digital channels, and existing client relationships.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clients and prospects.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, lifestyle preferences, and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable properties based on clients' needs and financial goals.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and consultations professionally.
• Provide accurate advice on market values, pricing, rental potential, investment opportunities, and current market conditions.
• Manage the complete sales and leasing process from initial enquiry through negotiation and transaction completion.
• Negotiate offers and terms effectively to achieve successful transactions.
• Build long\-term relationships with clients, investors, property owners, developers, and industry partners.
• Stay updated on new launches, off\-plan projects, market developments, regulations, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow\-up with leads and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless client experience.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• 2\+ years of proven UAE real estate experience, preferably with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi.
• In\-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi's residential property market.
• Strong understanding of key communities, developers, property types, and market trends.
• Proven track record of closing property transactions and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong lead\-generation and business\-development abilities.
• Professional, confident, self\-motivated, and results\-oriented.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and/or additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Existing network of Abu Dhabi property buyers, investors, landlords, or developers is an advantage.
