About the role
We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor / Estimate EngineerDubai, UAE \| PRIME Renovations and Technical Services
PRIME Renovations and Technical Services is looking for an experienced QS/Estimate Engineer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial renovation and fit\-out projects across Dubai, and we need someone who can accurately price, plan, and support our projects from tender to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for renovation and fit\-out projects
- Conduct take\-offs from drawings and scopes of work
- Source and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Support project managers with budgeting, cost tracking, and variation orders
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on pricing and scope clarifications
- Ensure estimates align with project timelines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3\-5 years' experience in QS/estimation, ideally in fit\-out or renovation projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and subcontractor networks
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- UAE experience required; residence visa status a plus
Preferred:
- Master Plumber certification is an advantage
Salary: Starting from AED 6,000/month, depending on qualifications and experience
