Salary: AED 6,000–7,000 per month
Reporting To: Head of Commercial / Management
ROLE SUMMARY
Floor Décor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor \& Estimator to support our commercial and project teams across flooring and interior projects in the UAE.
The role will focus on quantity take\-offs, estimation, quotations, tendering, site measurements, cost control, and commercial project support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare accurate quantity take\-offs from AutoCAD/PDF drawings
- Conduct site visits and measurements
- Prepare cost estimates and commercial quotations
- Calculate material quantities, wastage, installation, and logistics costs
- Prepare supply\-only and supply \& installation pricing
- Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Identify discrepancies between drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Prepare variations and revised quotations
- Support procurement and verify quantities before ordering
- Coordinate with sales, suppliers, and project teams
- Maintain costing sheets and project records
- Support project cost control and final accounts where required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3–5 years UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Flooring, fit\-out, or interior contracting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and quantity take\-off
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and PDF measurement software
- Strong numerical, commercial, and communication skills
- Ability to attend site visits and meetings across the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving Licence – Mandatory
