About the role
Quantity Surveyor \- 3\+ Years’ Experience
We are looking for a detail\-oriented and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor with 3\+ years of UAE experience to support construction measurement, cost estimation, tendering, valuations, variations, cost control, and final accounts across construction projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in construction measurement, cost estimation, tendering, and cost control
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and measurement
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
