About the role
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take\-offs, BOQs, cost estimates and tender documents.
- Review drawings, specifications and contract documents.
- Prepare and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist with cost control, budgeting and monitoring project expenses.
- Prepare interim payment applications and assist with payment certification.
- Measure completed works and verify quantities on site.
- Assist in preparing variations, claims and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and documentation.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with contract requirements and specifications.
Degree : Any related to Civil Diploma and Degree will do.
Pay: AED2,538\.25 \- AED3,000\.00 per month
