About the role
Are you an experienced real estate professional with strong leadership skills and a proven record of closing deals? Join our growing team and lead from the front!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor team performance, leads, follow\-ups, and conversions
- Support consultants with negotiations and deal closing
- Develop strategies to increase sales and team productivity
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
- Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate sales reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
- Previous experience in a Team Leader / Senior Property Consultant role
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market
- Proven sales and team performance record
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong network and market connections are an advantage
- Target\-driven, energetic, and professional
- Immediate joiners preferred

Experience:
- UAE Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Drriving License (Preferred)
