Senior Architects with 6 years Dubai Experience
Company: A reputed Architectural Engineering Consultancy firm
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 6\-7 years in Dubai
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of concept designs, sketches \& interior designs.
- Presentation of drawing in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Working drawings but not limited to architectural drawings.
- Submission of drawings online or manually to DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, DDA, DACC, Meraas, Tecom, Jafza, Civil Defence and any other Authorities whatsoever for approval.
- Coordination for perspective and renders of the proposed project.
- Co\-ordination with structural engineer, MEP engineer to review architectural, structural design and MEP compatibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 6\-7 years of experience in Dubai, with a focus on authority approvals and compliance.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Nakheel, RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, and Civil Defense regulations.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Registration with the Trakhees, Society of Engineers (SOE) is preferred.
