Summary

Senior Associate advises clients on complex indirect tax disputes, transfer pricing challenges, and regulatory compliance whilst representing them in tax authority negotiations.

Requirements

8+ years' experience in tax disputes, transfer pricing, or indirect tax controversy within Big Four or equivalent professional services firm
Advanced technical knowledge of UAE/GCC indirect tax regulations, VAT, customs duties, and transfer pricing documentation requirements
Proven client management and tax authority negotiation experience, with ability to lead dispute resolution engagements independently
