Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Construction Supervision) to join our organization in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will lead cross\-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and maintain compliance with local regulations and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, analytical thinking, and a commitment to delivering projects that exceed expectations.

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Supervise on\-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and UAE regulations
• Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, while fostering a collaborative and safety\-conscious work environment
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry\-standard software and adjust timelines as needed
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify work meets contractual requirements and industry standards
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage contracts, change orders, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth project operations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical issues and maintain project alignment
• Ensure all safety protocols are implemented and maintained throughout the construction process
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records for compliance and future reference

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of project management experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully supervising large\-scale construction projects
• Strong expertise in construction methodologies, scheduling, and budgeting
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools
• Experience with contract management and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, building codes, and local compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
