About the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, construction supervision, and engineering consultancy projects.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, and inspection requirements.
- Experience in reviewing and managing Inspection Requests (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Method Statements, ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, and quality records.
- Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards.
- Experience in identifying non\-conformities, issuing and following up NCRs, and verifying corrective and preventive actions.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and project quality procedures.
- Experience in reviewing contractor QA/QC documentation, material submittals, test reports, and inspection records.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, laboratories, and project stakeholders.
- Good understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements, and international standards.
- Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Previous UAE experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
