Site Engineer

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer with strong experience as Fit\-out Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with sub\-contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering high\-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day\-to\-day site operations.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design, and internal teams
• Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and progress reports weekly (Mandatory)
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control
• Assist in material approvals, procurement follow\-up, and cost monitoring and operations
• Maintain regular coordination with the Project Manager and Director regarding project updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or rework

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in UAE
• Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations in UAE
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience dealing with authorities and other authorities.
• Have strong problem\-solving skill and can find solution and coordinate with the management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage site workforce effectively.
