About the Role

Peaksy Adventure Park \& Restaurant is looking for a creative, energetic, and results\-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across our adventure park, family entertainment, and restaurant brands.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, digital marketing, and audience engagement, preferably with experience in hospitality, restaurants, family entertainment centers, tourism, or leisure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, promotional posts, and campaigns.
• Coordinate photoshoots and video content for the restaurant and adventure park.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, sounds, and social media developments.
• Respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, footfall, and sales.
• Promote events, offers, promotions, birthdays, group activities, and special packages.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, F\&B, and events teams to create relevant content.
• Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Support paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
• Ensure all content reflects Peaksy's brand image and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, FEC, tourism, or entertainment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar creative tools.
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
• UAE experience is preferred.
