About the Associate role
Supports deal execution and portfolio monitoring for a mid-market PE fund deploying across Qatar and the wider GCC, typically equity tickets of $25–150m into family-owned businesses, growth-stage companies, or buy-and-build platforms. Day-to-day spans investment memo drafting, financial modelling, due-diligence coordination, deal structuring with legal and tax advisors, and quarterly portfolio reviews. The Associate is the backbone of the deal-execution machine, with significant exposure to senior partners and portfolio company management.
