Job Description
Bright Deal International General Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in HDPE and Ductile Iron (DI) pipeline construction to manage and deliver pipeline infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Manage HDPE \& DI pipeline installation, testing, tie\-ins, excavation, laying, and reinstatement works.
- Lead engineers, supervisors, foremen, QA/QC, HSE, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, productivity, costs, and resources.
- Handle client and consultant coordination, meetings, approvals, inspections, and technical queries.
- Follow up on NCRs, observations, and consultant comments.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, HSE requirements, and ADNOC/TAQA standards.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch\-list clearance, and final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of pipeline construction experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience in HDPE \& DI pipeline projects.
- ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
- TAQA project experience is an advantage.
- Strong client and consultant handling experience.
- Good knowledge of project planning, QA/QC, HSE, PTW, and construction management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
