Job Description
Sadaf Group is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take\-offs, BOQ preparation, cost control, variations, subcontractor claims, valuations, and final accounts.
Key Responsibilities
\* Prepare BOQs, quantity take\-offs, cost estimates and project budgets.
\* Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
\* Prepare and evaluate quotations, variations and subcontractor claims.
\* Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
\* Verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
\* Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Estimation and Finance teams.
\* Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
\* Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
Requirements
\* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
\* Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
\* UAE experience preferred.
\* Good knowledge of BOQ, estimation, contracts and cost control.
\* Proficiency in MS Excel and QS/estimation software.
\* Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
\* Interior fit\-out experience will be an advantage.
