Quantity Surveyor & Estimator

MD Design \& Fit Out Services is looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in interior fit\-out and civil projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ preparation, tendering, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Conduct quantity take\-offs for fit\-out and civil works
• Manage project budgets and cost control throughout execution
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing
• Prepare payment certificates and variation orders
• Monitor project progress and prepare cost reports
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and UAE regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in UAE (Interior Fit\-Out preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and market rates in Dubai
• Experience in residential, commercial, and office fit\-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, MS Excel, and cost estimation software
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience with turnkey interior projects
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Strong communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
