Architect/Interior Designer

We are a leading interior design company in Dubai, specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a talented Architect / Interior Designer with a passion for luxury design, strong technical expertise, and proven experience delivering high\-end projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed\-use projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material selections that align with high\-end design standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and present creative solutions.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution.
• Manage the full design process, from concept to site supervision, ensuring timely delivery of high\-quality work.
• Stay updated on luxury design trends, premium materials, and finishing techniques.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE building regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design .
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Dubai with a strong portfolio of luxury projects.
• Proficiency in Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
