Commercial Director - Infrastructure Projects

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial and contractual functions across our infrastructure and contracting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall commercial and contractual management of major infrastructure projects.
• Manage contracts, claims, variations, disputes and negotiations.
• Oversee project commercial performance, including cost control, budgets and profitability.
• Lead and mentor Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Contracts teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure proper administration of FIDIC and other construction contracts.
• Support senior management in major commercial decisions and project strategy.

Requirements

• Significant experience with major contracting companies and infrastructure projects.
• Currently or recently working as a Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Director.
• Strong experience in contracts, claims, variations and dispute resolution.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Currently available in the UAE is preferred.

Pay: AED60,000\.00 \- AED80,000\.00 per month
