Construction Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor architectural works at construction sites.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Check dimensions, levels, layouts, finishes, and quality of architectural works.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
• Ensure proper coordination between architectural, civil, and MEP works.
• Monitor progress of architectural works and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure finishing works are completed to the required quality standards and project schedule.
• Follow up on rectification of defective or incomplete works.
• Maintain proper architectural documentation and site records.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and relevant UAE regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of UAE construction experience preferred.
• Experience in villa, residential, commercial, and building projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and site execution.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under project deadlines.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000\.00 \- AED7,000\.00 per month
