A reputable real estate developer in Dubai is seeking a suitable Construction Project Manager for their ongoing projects in various areas. The candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: 8\-12 years as a Project Manager, with experience in Dubai being essential.
• Regulations Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Authority's rules, regulations, and NOCs.
• Project Management Skills: Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Construction Contracts: Strong knowledge of construction contracts, methods, and regulations.
• Bidding Processes: Expertise in bidding processes.
• Communication Skills: Very good communication skills with all key stakeholders.
• Progress Tracking: Ability to track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Consultant and Contractor Coordination: Work with consultants and contractors, schedule meetings, give approvals, and issue letters.
• FIDIC Laws: Knowledge regarding FIDIC laws.
• Meetings Management: Conduct meetings with consultants and contractors.
• Project Life Cycle: Extensive knowledge of the project life cycle from the design stage to handing over.
• Risk Management: Ability to manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Feasibility Studies: Good knowledge in preparing feasibility studies.
• Contractor Billing: Ability to verify contractor bills.
• Value Engineering: Expertise in project value engineering.
• Claims \& EOT Management: Strong knowledge of reviewing contractor claims, extension of time (EOT) submissions and associated contractual and financial implications.
• Delay Management: Ability to identify critical delays, analyse their causes and develop recovery and mitigation programmes.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of project issues.
• Procurement Management: Ability to coordinate procurement activities, monitor material delivery schedules and ensure availability of resources in line with project requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures, inspections, NCR management and corrective actions.
• Critical Path Management: Strong understanding of critical path analysis, project scheduling and programme recovery techniques.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Driving License: Holding a valid UAE driving license.
• Consultant Office Background: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Language Skills: Fluent oral and written communication in English.

Preference: Candidates with prior experience working as project manager with consultants will be given preference.
