Electrical and Mechanical Quantity Surveyour

We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Quantity Surveyour to join our team immediately.

Requirements:

• Please source suitable candidates for the following positions:
• 1\. Electrical Quantity Surveyor
• 2\. Mechanical Quantity Surveyor
• Requirements – Electrical Quantity Surveyor:
• \* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• \* Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• \* Good knowledge of electrical systems and MEP contracting works.
• \* Ability to prepare accurate quantity take\-offs for tendering, procurement, and other project requirements.
• \* Basic site execution experience to ensure a practical understanding of installation methods and accurate quantity take\-offs.
• \* Basic knowledge of cost estimation, rate analysis, and pricing.
• \* Ability to communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• \* Ability to review and compare quotations from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• \* Ability to coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material submittals and review the documents before submission.
• \* Basic experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings.
• \* Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• \* Good communication skills in English.
