Junior Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are hiring a qualified Junior Site Engineer with strong experience in Aluminium Systems, ACP Cladding, and Façade Works. The ideal candidate must have 01\-03 years of relevant experience in the Gulf and hold a valid UAE Driving License. This role requires excellent technical skills and the ability to manage and supervise site activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations related to aluminium systems, ACP cladding, curtain walls, doors, windows, glazing, and facade installations.
• Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards and HSE regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements for ongoing works.
• Solve on\-site technical challenges and provide engineering solutions.
• Manage manpower and ensure timely task completion.
• Travel to various project sites as required (valid UAE Driving License is mandatory).

Qualifications \& Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Gulf experience (mandatory).
• Expertise in aluminium systems, ACP/facade installations, shop drawings, and installation methods.
• Strong understanding of façade systems such as curtain walls, structural glazing, skylights, and louvers.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
