WE ARE HIRING – LAND SURVEYOR

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in the UAE.

Position: Land Surveyor

Employment Type: Full\-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and construction surveys using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
• Establish and verify benchmarks, coordinates, levels, and reference points.
• Perform setting\-out works for construction activities.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, calculations, and documentation.
• Carry out topographic, boundary, and as\-built surveys.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other technical teams.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and measurements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and techniques.
• Experience with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, and relevant surveying software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
